Life doesn’t happen to you, it happens for you. Words said to me by the greatest man ever lived. Yes, after I grew up I figured that those words were a line from a movie. That great man is the reason for who I am today that man is my father Taha Motawea.
Since I was five he never treated me just as a son but he treated me as a friend. Also, he taught me how to be the man I am today, he made learn anything and everything just to make me realize what I want to do with my life. I still remember the first book he got me when I was five, the first movie we watched together, our talks at nights, the breakfast we used to have every Friday morning as he reads his newspaper. He was my role model, my best friend, until one day when I took a ride with my mother and big brother on this never ending road until we reached this hollow place with rusty gates with my father behind those gates.
